  5. The Chainware Order Desk module is a complete point-of-service interface for
  6. customer accounts.  The order desk module provides efficient order creation,
  7. modification, and tracking for merchandise orders which are either picked up
  8. or delivered at a later date.  Order Desk is integrated with the Point-of-Sale
  9. and Accounts Receivable modules.  This module allows the user to create
  10. merchandise orders which can be picked, delivered, and processed either at the
  11. point of sale as cash transactions or if the order is to be charged to the
  12. customer's account, through accounts receivable.  Separate functions are
  13. available for order creation, special order handling, order inquiry.
  14. Reporting of open order status, and pick list reconciliation.
